Turnaround: how the 12 hours works

The 12-hour clock starts when we have your artwork. If you upload it at checkout, work starts right away. If you send it later by replying to your order email, the 12 hours count from when that email arrives.

Your files arrive by email as downloadable attachments in the formats your machine needs. If anything needs changing after you stitch it, reply to the same email. Size changes and tweaks are free.

What to send us

The better the information, the better the file fits your job. With your artwork, tell us:

Your artwork: the clearest, largest version you have (PNG or JPEG). A phone photo of a printed logo works if nothing else is available. Just make it sharp and straight-on.
Finished size: the width or height in inches you want it stitched at.
Where it's going: left chest, cap front, sleeve, jacket back, towel, bag and so on.
Fabric: for example pique polo, T-shirt knit, twill cap, fleece, towel or denim. Density and underlay are set differently for each.
File format: the format your machine reads (DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3 and so on). If you're not sure, see our guide to DST, PES and JEF formats or just tell us your machine brand.
Thread colours (optional): any specific colours or brand colour references.

Why hand digitizing matters

Auto-digitizing software traces an image and fills the shapes with stitches. It doesn't know what fabric the design goes on, how small the lettering is, or which way the stitches should run. The result is often too dense, puckers the fabric, breaks thread and leaves outlines that don't line up.

Hand digitizing means every object is placed on purpose:

Underlay that locks the fabric to the stabilizer before the top stitches go down
Density set for your fabric, so knits stay soft and don't pucker
Pull compensation so outlines meet the fills without gaps
Clean small lettering built to stay readable at left-chest and cap sizes
Smart sequencing with fewer trims and jumps, so it runs faster on your machine
